一条2M，10进配置完成后下载速度最多冲到1.8M/s，正常现象？

有人说流量是从上到下，默认路由就2M，底下那几条没跑满，所以满不了20M，可以做PCC+NTH混合，不知道怎么个混合法？单做NTH可以解决，但是我搞不定掉了一条全掉的问题。。
