试了可以通过FTP方式更新路由表用前自己改有改成防火墙地址表的顺便发出来

/tool fetch url=ftp://ip/cnc.rsc user=xxx password=xxx mode=ftp
:local gateway [/ip route get [/ip route find routing-mark=cnc] gateway]
/ip route add dst-address=0.0.0.0/0 gateway=$gateway scope=255 target-scope=10 routing-mark=oldcnc
/ip route rules set [/ip route rules find] table=oldcnc
im cnc.rsc
/ip route remove [/ip rou find routing-mark=oldcnc]
/ip route rule remove [/ip rou rule find table=oldcnc]
