问一下我的IP限速有什么问题，为何限制不了迅雷的速度？

发现我的ＲＯＳ最近限制不了迅雷的速度了，我内网用户是用PPPOE拨号的，然后用IP限速，以前都可以限制迅雷的速度，最近发现限制不了。我的IP限速设置如下

我发现限速后，内网的速度是限制了，但是外网却限制不了

就像上面的图，外网流量已经到了2.8M，但是内网才1.5M左右,想问一下那多出来的1.3M是什么回事？

没有开UPNP，现在ＲＯＳ的限速给我的感觉就是只可以限制内网的速度，外网的根本就限制不了。我试了几个版本的ROS都出现这个情况。

说明有一部分是压缩包！

　　限速问题同样碰到！
　　小弟之前装的A机ROS一切正常！最近配B机ROS时，只能限一台电脑的速，其它的不能正常限速，真的很奇怪！

楼上的朋友，限单机总速在“General”里面，而不是“高级”！高级一般只能限端口和应用软件！

内网流量难道不包括pppoe流量，请指点一下

我要的是IP可以正常限制迅雷的速度而不是封锁迅雷。

我已经设置interface=all ，但是还是没有效果，现在ＲＯＳ给我的感觉限速只是限制内网的速度，外网的速度根本不限制。
