跪求这两条ROS语句的不同

请教各位高手下面两个句子的设置有什么不同吗？？？同样是丢弃非本地连接的规则，他们的却别是什么？？？？

add chain=input src-address=!192.168.1.0/24 action=drop \
    comment="" disabled=no
add chain=input src-address-type=!local action=drop \
    comment="" disabled=yes

我个人认为，下面那个脚本有更大的通用性 ，可中很多的转移到别的网络中使用
而上面的只能在192.168.1.0/24 的网络使用，如果在192.168.2.0/24    .……或192.168.3.0/24   等网络中使用 就要作适当的修改了

   小弟说的也不知道对不对 ，还望高手指点一二……

unicast - IP addresses used for one point to another point transmission. There is only one sender and one receiver in this case
local - matches addresses assigned to router's interfaces
broadcast - the IP packet is sent from one point to all other points in the IP subnetwork
multicast - this type of IP addressing is responsible for transmission from one or more points to a set of other points

问题是我使用上面的脚本内网什么的访问ROS的FTP没有问题！如果使用下面的脚本就需要再设置FTP端口开放的脚本！！！

第二条规则中，local指是不是路由网卡设置的地址所在网络啊！！！
如果是这样，为什么我如果不设置开放FTP服务的端口，用内网的机器登陆ROS的FTP就登陆不上啊！！！
