请问可以转到内网WEB服务器的82端口吗?我试过了,不得.不懂为什么?

各位 我发现个问题  我用的是PPPOE+IP分流的 只要是在IP分流的范围内 IP转向内网就不行  但是可以转到外网的网站， 不在IP分流内的就可一转到内网的服务器 请问这是什么原因呢？
