m0n0如何绑定电信网关的MAC地址

最近网吧老吊线，查看ARP发现外网有地址欺骗，我尝试着这样绑定外网MAC，原来没有绑定时，掉线过段时间会自动恢复，但是我这样绑定后还会掉，并且掉了非要重起路由要不就不会好了。

这几个ip的mac地址怎么都 一样啊   而且要双向绑定
