Reliability is a synonym for the mDOC product line. mModule iDOC continues the tradition: it is equipped with built-in ECC, detecting and correcting data errors on-the-fly. A wear-leveling mechanism enables 2 million write/erase cycles for reliable data storage over an extended period. All units have undergone extensive stress and power-cycling tests to meet the msystems quality standard.
