转外网行，转内网不行

ros外接三条ADSL。使用NTH负载均衡。只要是在IP分流的范围内 IP转向内网就不行  但是可以转到外网的网站， 不在IP分流内的就可一转到内网的服务器 请问这是什么原因呢？

ip firewall nat add chain=dstnat src-address=192.168.1.3 protocol=tcp dst-port=80
     action=dst-nat to-addresses=61.161.79.48 to-ports=80 这条可以

ip firewall nat add chain=dstnat src-address=192.168.1.3 protocol=tcp dst-port=80
     action=dst-nat to-addresses=192.168.1.2 to-ports=80 这条不行
