A BUG in 2.22 ?

Recently, I update my CL BOX to 2.22. I need to translate chinese language file.but in installing, I noticed that a few lines message show after maked public key, "exepack", what is it?another, after I installed it and add correct port forward rule and reload firewall,  It give me these message :"iptables: No chain/target/match by that name Configuring firewall rules... Configuring custom firewall rules... iptables: No chain/target/match by that name Configuring port forwarding for internal hosts... Running Line UP Scripts..."then I do another test, I delete all I added and reload firewall, gived message same as above, where is wrong?
