苦找:双光纤固定ip,如何设置,保证热备份

双光纤固定ip,我设置了ip route add gate=光纤1网关,光纤2网关后,两条光纤都可以使用上网,但是光纤1断线后,光纤2没断,整个路由就断线,重启也没用,但是光纤2掉线后,路由还是可以上网,用什么设置可以保证无论哪根光纤掉了,只要其中一根不掉,都能正常使用路由,最好能不用重启路由,谢谢了先
