[问题] 怎么我的贴显示不了?

内网总是断,但断几秒又可以联上了,那位大侠知道是什么原因造成的吗?
我这里内网病毒很厉害,是不是因为震荡波什么的? 我在防火墙上做了设置,不过好象不管用,因为字节和包都是0,好象没拦截到
我是这样设置的:
