如何修改linux下CGI-BIN目录下的没有扩展名的文件？

想修改linux下apache/cgi-bin/下的没有扩展名的文件，请问如何才能修改，我在LINUX下通过vi进行编辑，编辑完后保存，然后就打不开了，提示如下：
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
