为什么我把猫启用路由以后bt下载就不行了？用了很多方法

我的猫是星网数码的2110-eh，我开启路由功能后，还映射了一个BitComet的监听端口，然后还在电脑上开了UPnP，然后打开BitComet，在internet网关的属性里面可以看见BitComet，打上钩。
没有开windows的防火墙和病毒软件，可是bt下载时很慢，没有远程的连接，是怎么回事？
BitComet的日志如下：

Windows XP ICS Status: TCP PortMapping Successfully Added.
Windows XP ICS Status: UDP PortMapping Successfully Added.

我也觉得是这里的问题，可是我什么都没有开阿！！包括windows的防火墙都没有开。
怎么办啊？

用BT的话，还是不建议用内网机器，直接挂公网，别管是不是固定IP的
