Hello MikroTik RouterOS user,

This is to inform you that Mikrotik has disabled the ability to
purchase the "Custom Frequency License" on your mikrotik.com account.

As of this moment Mikrotik doesn't have a letter from you stating that
you will not use the extra frequencies outside your country's regulations.

To enable the ability to obtain a Custom Frequency License, please
send us a signed / stamped letter stating what frequencies you intend
to use, and that you will use these frequencies according to your
local law, and will not use the frequencies against your
countries regulations.

Please send the letter by Fax or regular mail. Also please include
your company name and mikrotik.com account login name in your letter.

是说关于WLAN的，说楼主用的频率是非常规的，如果一定要用这种频率段的话，请给他们公司至函，并遵循你本国、本地的相关法律，法规。
