System location & System contact 只是?考用, 表示????安?在什?地方, 出了??可以找? (?想?是在一?校?中?百台 Router or switch 的其中一台)
Community: 安全上的理由, SNMP agent (router, switch, ?卡.....) 和 SNMP Manager(如m0n0 monitor) 必??同?一? Community, SNMP agent 才? response SNMP Manager 的需求.

Community 中只能填public？我试着填别的就不行，这样安全有些问题吧？是不是这个协议只针对内网，外网不能连接吧？
经过一上午使用，发现出问题了，上传显示错误，一直是满额，下载显示正常。 发现这只要是打开snmp服务的都可以用不错啊.Routeros上也行. 这个软件更新了，重新下载就没问题了 QUOTE(张浩峰 @ Jun 13 2005, 03:09 AM)

1.前文提? SNMP Agent (如 m0n0wall) 和 SNMP Manager (如 m0n0 monitor) 的 community 必??成一?, 所以可以填其他的字, 但?端要相同.
2.外??然可以用, snmp manager -> snmp agent 取得?料，如果你的 snmp manager 是在WAN ?外, ?得 firewall 要? 161/udp port. 这个软件不稳定，速率不准。
