有数据库的 要求吧
- Analyze :
                        Brings up the DialogBox for Database Settings. The following
                        parameters needs to be set.
                       
                        "Data source Name" :- The data source shall be storing information
                        about the server and the database. The Radius Server uses the data
                        source to give this information to the ODBC driver. The data source
                        can be configured using the ODBC Administrator application in the
                        Control panel.

                        "User Name" :- The Radius Server to login to the database requires
                        the user name. The database administrator will give the user name.

                        "Password" :- This is the password of the user. The database admi-
                        nistrator will give the password.

                        Radius Server uses ODBC to communicate with the Database server.
                        The network administrator will need to setup the ODBC data source
                        information, before the Radius Server manager can communicate with
                        the database. Please see "Requirements" section of this document
                        below.
               
                        "Print Records" : Enable this, if You want to print the records.

                        "Export Records" : Enable this if you want to store the records in
                        delimiter terminated files.
                       
                        "Initilize" : Click this button if you want to drop the old tables
                        and start fresh.
               
                        "OK" : Clicking on this button, two DialogBoxes come up, if both
                        "Print Records" and "Export Records" are enabled. The first DialogBox
                        asks for type of Delimiter(Tab, Comma and Space); This DialogBox
                        comes up only if "Export Records"is enabled. The second DialogBox
                        asks for the Records to be printed and/or exported. Once all these
                        are done, connection is established between the Database Server and
                        the Radius Server; and Tables are created/modified. Once this is
                        succesfull, the "Print" and "Print Preview" MenuItems are enabled
                        if "Print Records" was enabled previously.

需要安装MYSQL的ODBC驱动,我看PDF里面是这么说的,可是不知道安装哪个版本的,本人最近无条件,太美测试下
